These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of the Karvoix public website and related pre-sales, evaluation, and informational materials made available through the site.

By using the site, requesting a working session, or otherwise engaging with Karvoix through this public presence, you agree to these Terms. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

Karvoix is positioned as a Carbon Operations Platform focused on structured carbon accounting workflows built on recorded activity data, reviewable calculation context, and reporting continuity.

The public site is a marketing and evaluation surface. It explains the platform and supports qualification, pilot review, or guided onboarding. Access to the authenticated product may be subject to separate onboarding, pilot arrangements, commercial terms, or service agreements.

Karvoix may begin with a public-site interaction, continue into a working session or pilot review, and then move into a separate commercial or service relationship if both parties decide to proceed.

Use of the public site alone does not create a commitment to provide product access, and product access may depend on onboarding, pilot scope, commercial terms, or a separate written agreement.

These Terms apply to the public site and related evaluation interactions only.

Use of the Karvoix product in a production, pilot, or contracted environment may be governed by separate written agreements, onboarding terms, or commercial arrangements.

The public site is informational only. It does not perform client-side carbon calculations, replicate backend logic, or act as the runtime product surface.

System behavior, calculation handling, and platform truth are owned by the Karvoix product and backend services. The site exists to explain that system and support evaluation, not to simulate it.

The site is intended for business and organizational use. You may use it only in compliance with applicable laws and only if you have the legal capacity and authority required to act on behalf of yourself or your organization.

If Karvoix provides access credentials, workspace access, or pilot environment access, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify Karvoix promptly if you believe account credentials have been compromised or used without authorization.

You and your organization retain ownership of the data you submit to Karvoix, including activity records, reporting-related information, and other business inputs.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, completeness, and rights to use or submit any data provided to Karvoix. Karvoix processes submitted data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, subject to the applicable service relationship. Karvoix does not become the owner of that customer data by hosting or processing it.

Karvoix and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the site, platform, software, branding, documentation, design, and related content, other than customer-submitted data.

Except as expressly permitted, these Terms do not grant you any license to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the site or service.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding Karvoix, you agree that Karvoix may use that feedback without restriction or obligation, provided that doing so does not grant Karvoix ownership of your confidential information or customer data.

Karvoix may rely on third-party infrastructure, hosting, analytics, communications, or other service providers in operating the site or service. Karvoix is not responsible for independent third-party products or services except to the extent required under applicable law or a separate agreement.

Karvoix may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue portions of the site or service from time to time. This includes updates to workflows, evaluation paths, product access models, content, or supporting materials.

Because Karvoix is still evolving, parts of the service may be offered through a guided pilot, controlled onboarding, or other staged rollout rather than immediate self-serve access.

The site and related materials are provided on an as available and as is basis. Karvoix does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the site will meet every specific business requirement.

Karvoix does not promise certification outcomes, regulatory approval, automated savings, or any specific business result through use of the site or platform. Such outcomes depend on how organizations use, review, and act on their data.

The public site and related materials are intended to help organizations understand Karvoix during evaluation. They are not meant to serve as the sole basis for operational, legal, regulatory, or commercial decisions without your own review.

Buyers are expected to evaluate fit through a working session, product discussion, and, where appropriate, a separate service arrangement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Karvoix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from or related to use of the site.

Karvoix's total liability relating to the public site or these Terms will be limited to the amount, if any, paid by you to use the public site during the twelve months preceding the claim. If no amount was paid, liability will be limited to a reasonable and proportionate amount under the circumstances, taking into account the informational nature of the site.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Karvoix from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your submission of data or materials you were not authorized to provide.

Karvoix may suspend or terminate access to the site or related evaluation access if it reasonably believes these Terms have been violated, the service is being misused, or continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.

You may stop using the site at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after access ends.

These Terms are intended to operate as a general, globally accessible B2B site framework. Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, any disputes relating to use of the site will be addressed in a commercially reasonable manner and under applicable law determined by the relevant relationship and context.

If your organization enters into a separate commercial or service agreement with Karvoix, that agreement may govern legal terms more specifically.

Karvoix may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
